  • Orders over R1000: FREE Nationwide Delivery via The Courier Guy.
  • Orders under R1000: Flat Rate of R150.00 applied at checkout.
2. Free Local Delivery (No Minimum Spend)
Are you local? We love our community! If your delivery address falls within Louis Trichardt, you automatically qualify for FREE Local Delivery, regardless of your total order size.
  • How to redeem: Simply enter your local delivery address at checkout, and our system will automatically unlock the free local delivery option.
3. Processing & Delivery Timelines
  • Order Processing: Because our items are meticulously hand-crafted, orders for in-stock items are packaged and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. For custom or bulk orders, we will communicate an estimated build time directly.
  • Transit Times: Nationwide courier deliveries via The Courier Guy generally take 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. Local deliveries are typically dropped off within 1 to 2 business days.
4. Remote Areas & Plots
While we strive to keep our flat rates universal, deliveries to deep rural areas, farms, plots, or high-risk zones may occasionally trigger regional surcharges from our courier partner. If your address falls into one of these zones, we will contact you directly before dispatching your package.
