Care Instructions

• Hand wash only — do not soak in water or place in the dishwasher

• Dry immediately after washing with a clean cloth

• Apply food-safe mineral oil or board conditioner monthly to keep the wood nourished and help prevent cracking

• Store flat or upright in a dry, well-ventilated area

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat

• Sand lightly with fine-grit sandpaper and re-oil if the surface becomes rough over time
